Purchase methods, communications, notifications and availability
The customer has the opportunity to purchase all the products on the website at www.tecatessuti.com.
After having selected the products, and then filling the shopping cart, you can start the purchase procedure which necessarily requires registration on the site.
The purchase procedure requires the insertion of the predefined data for the billing and destination of the goods. The predefined data can be modified at any time of the purchase by the user during the purchase procedure.
The sales contract is concluded between the Te.Ca. Srl and the Customer only after having received an e-mail notification to the address indicated by the Customer when registering on the site.
This e-mail notification with the words "Confirm order from tecatessuti.com" will contain the details of the order (Number and Date), the list of products purchased and the relative costs including shipping.
The notification email will be sent after the payment is completed correctly. In the event of an error in the payment, the user must rephrase the order from the beginning.
During the selection of the product there will be some wordings of availability at the Te.Ca. warehouse. S.r.l .. The word "available" is to be understood as purely indicative as it is possible to purchase the product at the same time by multiple users.
Te.Ca. Srl reserves the right to cancel the order in case of unavailability of the product or error on the price by giving timely notice to the Customer.
The Customer will take care to keep this communication in electronic (or paper) format and to attach these general conditions of sale. The Customer must simultaneously check the correctness of all the data present, giving timely communication in case of inaccuracies. No changes will be possible after the invoice is issued!
Orders, including any additions or changes, are not accepted by phone or fax. Sending the order automatically implies acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale and payment herein.
Terms of payment
The payment of the goods will take place through the use of the PayPal system.
In case of purchase, at the same time as the conclusion of the online transaction, PayPal will immediately charge the amount related to the purchase made. In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in the case of non-acceptance of the same by the Te.Ca. S.r.l., together with the cancellation, the amount relating to the canceled goods will be credited back to the customer's PayPal account. The times of re-credit on the payment instrument chosen in the PayPal account depend exclusively on PayPal and the banking system.
Once the amount has been credited back to the PayPal account, Te.Ca. in no case Srl can be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delays in the actual re-crediting of employees by PayPal or by the banking system.
Te.Ca. Srl reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (e.g. landline number) to determine the effective ownership of the PayPal account.
In the absence of the required documentation, Te.Ca. Srl reserves the right not to accept the order.
At no time during the purchase procedure does Te.Ca. Srl is able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card or other methods chosen within the PayPal wallet.
Prices
The prices on the site are inclusive of VAT.
Te.Ca. Srl reserves the right to cancel the order in case of error in the price of the product.
During the registration phase it will be possible to indicate whether you are a company or a natural person.
The company will display the cost of the goods net of VAT.
It should be noted that the prices indicated may be subject to change at any time, even without notice.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not attributable to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form to Te.Ca. Srl a VAT number), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except in particular conditions indicated below.
To exercise this right, the customer must send to Te.Ca. Srl a communication within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must take place:
